Last week things got rather tense aboard the EAS Kent and Captain Hengest decided to talk to the captains sparring for control of the Orion 7 fleet one on one. This week it’s Jarsto’s turn to put his views forward. Meanwhile on the planet a different sort of sparring match is going on as Agent 6 tries to work out a deal with the rogues.

With the computer issues resolved, the next episode is now ready to go. And it’s a good one. The situation on the ground develops even further, and at the same time Captain Hengest and the EAS Kent are stirring things up in orbit, and succeeds in getting Captains Jarsto and Drake into the same room, more than enough potential for fireworks there…

For reasons that may or may not be related to either the arrival of Captain Hengest in the Orion system or interference from the rogue telepaths recently uncovered on the surface, the final edit for Episode 42 was the victim of a poorly timed computer error. As a result, it will be slightly delayed. We expect it to be available early this week.
As things threaten to descend into chaos in orbit, the situation on the planet is equally… interesting. Of course I could tell you what was happening with Agent #6 at the end of the last episode, but that would hardly be fun now would it. So instead I invite you to listen to another exciting episode of Three Edged Sword.

While Agent 6 and Serena try to follow T’John on the planet Captain Jarsto struggles to retain control of the fleet. And with Kane calling his conspirators trouble surely can’t be far behind. The excitement continues apace in an all new episode of Three Edged Sword.

And we’re back. It’s been a long wait, but hopefully you’ll think it’s been worthwhile when you hear this episode. And for that matter when you see the new look for the site, although it seems some operatives from the Ministry of Information have managed to sabotage the sidebar in transit. But aside from such shenanigans: Three Edged Sword is back. With the Narn and the Psi-Corps operating on the surface of Orion 7, while Captain Jarsto strives to retain control of the fleet.

This was edited late at night, and posted just a little later than the timestamp, because well, you have to find the time somewhere during NaNoWriMo. But in case you were worried, don’t worry. This isn’t the end, the beginning of the end, or even the end of the beginning. It’s the beginning of an end, but only of the end to that bit in the middle no-one wanted where nothing was coming out. For explanations on what happened, and what is going to happen, please listen.

Well the most stubborn cold I’ve had in years, and other real life considerations have managed to turn what I’d hoped would be a couple of days of delay into more than a week, but I hope the episode will proof to have been worth the wait. There are certainly plenty of developments as usual, but I’ll let you get on with listening to them rather than having to read them here.

First of all, to reassure anyone who may be worried at the title of this post, it’s nothing major. Just a bad cold, except that it’s managed to do what my colds manage to do a couple of times a year: irritate my tear ducts. One of the things that does is make my eyes a lot more sensitive to light.
This makes it difficult for me to look at the screen long enough to write this message, and impossible to put in a full editing session for TES 038 tonight. All the audio is in, so it is just a matter of editing, and it should get done in the next few days – as soon as this thing clears up.
Apologies for the delay to everyone, but especially the all the people who worked hard to get all the audio done on time.
