TES – Special Show 002 – Feedback

Posted September 18th, 2007 at 11:00 in Season One, Three Edged Sword by Jarsto

The first actual TES feedback show. Because there hasn’t been a lot of feedback yet (check below to see how you can remedy is) the TES crew makes do with reading some of the comments left on the website. Fortunately those comments too lead to some interesting discussions.

All sides are preparing for imminent battle. T’John, still aboard the Netherlands, records an update to be transmitted to Agent #6. Agent #6 himself meanwhile runs over the plans that are in place, contingent on T’John’s information. And Captain Jarsto is not pleased with the plans a day of talks with the Narn have yielded.

TES 007 – Word Gets Out

Posted September 11th, 2007 at 23:00 in Season One, Three Edged Sword by Jarsto

While T’John is being given a tour of the EAS Netherlands Captain Jarsto and Agent #6 each have their own thoughts about word of the assault on Syria Planum getting out. Of course since word gets out through ISN – in a brief news update by Philip Highcastle – the story that gets out has its own unique view of things.

TES – Special Show 001 – Intro

Posted September 4th, 2007 at 11:00 in Season One, Three Edged Sword by Jarsto

The first, introductory, special show. Don’t worry, the regular episode scheduled for today, number 5, will go out tonight as planned. This is just extra content. In fact these special shows will be going out after every fourth show. But after this introduction, exploring how this whole project came about, they’re going to be dedicated to listener feedback. Speaking of which:

TES 004 – Shifting Currents

Posted September 1st, 2007 at 23:00 in Season One, Three Edged Sword by Jarsto

The EAS Netherlands is trying to form an alliance with the Narn, but the Narn have just become aware of the danger following them in the form of the Black Omegas. The Psi-Corps meanwhile is thrown into an uproar when lives are lost after all.

Look for a special episode between now and the release of TES 005 next Tuesday.

Our third episode. People only checking once per week please note we’re currently releasing two episodes each week. So you need to get the episode released last Saturday as well.

The Psi-Corps’ Black Omegas are hunting the ship that attacked the corps’ Syria Planum facilities. The EAS Netherlands is deep in hyperspace, away from the safety of the beacon network. Then something unexpected appears on sensors.

TES 002 – The Chase

Posted August 25th, 2007 at 23:00 in Season One, Three Edged Sword by Jarsto

Well here’s our second episode for the week, as part of the “catch up with what’s running in the Babylon Podcast” strategy. Until we do get up Saturday will be the release time for that second episode of the week.

After the attack on Syria Planum the EAS Netherlands jumps into hyper and runs as enemy forces pursue. But while it tries to evade pursuit the Psi-Corps takes a hand in things.

TES 001 – And So It Begins

Posted August 21st, 2007 at 23:00 in Season One, Three Edged Sword by Jarsto

It actually began in episode 70 of the Babylon Podcast. After Summer had challenged me (Jarsto) to come up with something amazing for the next listener feedback segment. I hit on the idea of doing voice in character and linking it with Edmund’s character Agent 6, which was largely meant as a one off gag.

But once we’d done the voicemails the plot was so intriguing that, in the end, it kicked off an entire audio-drama set in the Babylon 5 universe. In this episode especially that unexpected shift from novelty voicemail to audio-drama has resulted in the presence of a couple of Babylon Podcast references. Fortunately not to such an extent that it can’t hold it’s own without the original surrounding content.

In this episode the story starts, with the EAS Netherlands preparing, and executing, an attack on Psi-Corps’ communications station on Syria Planum.
