I guess it’s a pretty good comment that I end up checking your website/itunes several times a week to get the next episode asap!!! itunes still isn’t downloading a playable file for my mp3 player though… it locks the player up and I have to delete it before it is usable to play anything else. It isn’t my player as I am a political junkie and download at least 15 different daily news feeds/pods a day… yours is my one wonderfully looked foreward to diversion… keep it up!!!! awesome!!!!

I started listening to TES on the B5 Podcast, then lost track of it for a while. Somehow I wasn’t aware you were still doing them. In any case, I downloaded the lot for listening on a long drive, and I must say it’s only gotten better and better. Somewhere along the way I stopped listening for B5 references or putting it in the timeframe of canon, and was swept into the world you’ve created. The characters have become real, and the events are compelling as well as thought-provoking.
Along with the three main characters, I would like to single out Lt. Cmdr. Jacobs, Tamm, and PM Moran…these actors have brought depth and feeling to their parts that I wasn’t really expecting. I’m even feeling sorry for, and rooting for, Agent 6! You’ve shown the ability to put out a story like this, with only the voices and dialogue to show the action, that’s comparable to the best professional audio drama. Good job, and please don’t make me wait too long to find what happens next!

One small caveat. I’ve downloaded episode 001 twice now on two different computers and I’m getting one section that’s sped up and unlistenable. I’m a completist, and would dearly love a clean copy. Any suggestions?

    Good storytelling here,

I heard some new voices in the latest episodes, Is it not time to update the list of “voices” ?

Dudes…. It’s a couple days before my birthday and I was hoping for a present… It’s now over 3 MONTHS and you haven’t even posted a comment letting us know what is going on!!! While the episodes were great, I agree with Centauri Ranger… It only takes a MOMENT to write a statement letting us know where things are at and if we are to expect anything more from you all…

As you know, I am always appreaciative of all your hard work and love the episodes… However, YOUR FAN COMMUNICATIONS SUCK BIG TIME!!!

    Give us some FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!

    Hi Guys,

First of all apologies for the silence. We’ve been busy getting internal communications sorted out, but we should have paid more attention to fan communication as well.

I won’t go into details here, but let’s just say I sometimes feel like giving up any hope I might have of ever doing another block of episodes without running into delays or complications. Having said that the next batch of episode-scripts has been sent out, and the episodes are now in production.

At the same time some work on scripting the next batch is starting so we may *knock on wood* avoid having a huge gap after the next batch.

Anyway that’s the latest for now. I’ll look into ways of getting updates out more regularly. Maybe we should just set up a VoB: TES twitter feed…

    Yours,

    (Captain) Jarsto

    peace,

That was a magnificent ride you provided. A great series of audio dramas that hooked me from the beginning and kept me faithfully coming back to it night after night when I arrived home from work. A brilliant idea to use Orion VII as a place as its not even hinted at if anything happened there, a very inspired choice. Loved how it all unfolded with the various characters and how things were coming ahead. Great sense of the cliffhanger, not just with the sadly last episode (I see its August 09 and we’re in Feb 2010), but many of them. I listened during dinner, just to wind down and it was always ‘just one more episode’ when a cliffhanger prompted me to exceed where I decided to stop on a given night. Often it took me past midnight to listen to just one more episode. Loved them. It definitely held the same spirit of B5 including how I changed over the course of the series about who I liked or even rooted for. If on Monday when I started this someone would ask if I would cheer on Agent 6, I’d tell them they were crazy, but by ep 44 there I was. I was amazed how I went back and forth regarding Jarsto as the series went on. From complete sympathy to mystified as to who or even what he was to wondering why he was ignoring T’John, whom was a favorite from the get go. Then you added to the cast of characters that I bonded with. Too many to list and this comment has gone on longer than intended. Thank you very much for sharing this online and providing many hours of escaping back to the B5verse.
